Akwaba! Team Ghana is back in Hochfügen
On April 2, 2025, Hochfügen will once again become an international stage: the Ghana Ski Federation will hold its national championships in the slalom discipline on the challenging slope 7. With Carlos Maeder at the helm of the federation, Ghana is not only bringing sporting ambition to Tyrol, but also a special history of developing winter sports in West Africa. "After the great experience last year with the ski resort and all the people on site, it is an honour for us to be able to organize top-class races in the Zillertal again. Hochfügen is perfect for our high standards, the slopes and support staff meet the very highest demands - it is simply a great pleasure to be here again. Thanks a lot Hochfügen", says Carlos Maeder.
The choice of Hochfügen as the venue once again underlines the first-class conditions that still prevail in high alpine Hochfügen at the beginning of April.
